Exchanges for damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@barbellflex.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Be advised that most of our suppliers request you (the buyer) to pay for shipping the item back to them for inspection for damaged returns or replacements. In some cases, we are able to waive the fee, however this is at the discretion of our supplier and on a one-time courtesy basis. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location. Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service with signature or shipping insurance! Note that we will not be able to provide replacements/refunds without photos of the damage. |

The manufacturer warrants that your TireFlip 180 is free of defect in materials and workmanship and will, at its option, repair or replace any defective TireFlip 180 that is returned to it.
Except as described in the following sentence, all parts and components of the TireFlip 180 are warrantied from the original date of purchase as below:
Frame - 3 years
Weight Pins - 9 months
All other parts - 1 year
This warranty is valid only in accordance with the condition set forth below:
1. The TireFlip 180 warranty does not cover the product from damage caused by striking the unit with a sledgehammer or other objects. Striking the TireFlip 180 with any object will void the warranty.
2. The product is intended for indoor use only. The warranty does not cover outdoor usage.
3. Normal wear and tear (including lost parts) are not covered by this warranty.
4. The warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable. In addition, proof of purchase must be demonstrated. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or repair or unauthorized modification.
5. This limited warranty is the only written or express warranty given by the manufacturer. Any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
6. Repair or replacement of the product (or, if repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund of the purchase price) is the exclusive remedy of the consumer under this warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to remedy any warranty claims via parts and repair prior to replacement.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental of consequential damages for breach of this warranty or any implied warranty on this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
