How do I get the Military/First Responder Discount?

How does your shipping work and much it costs?

Do you charge restocking fee when I cancel?
If your order is cancelled AFTER 48 hours, we will charge 20% restocking fee, whether or not your order has shipped, NO EXCEPTIONS. You can find out more information here.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc…?
Do to the size and nature of the product, we currently only ship to continental US only.
My order has partially shipped, but the other products in my order show no activity. Are those products that are part of my order lost?
We make an effort to ship orders complete but, with the current high demand and sometimes delays, in many cases, that is not possible. We promise that no orders are lost and we will make sure you receive all items as ordered.
Why are your prices more expensive than other stores?
Along with purchasing fitness equipment from our store, we pride ourselves in providing a superior concierge sales and shopping experience to all of our customers, via email, phone, social media and live chat. Part of our excellent customer service is building our reputation with our customers, having a key goal to establish trust with our customers, so they feel confident to return shopping with us, or refer us. As such, we source our products from multiple suppliers, marking up pricing to keep our business and training going.

Do you have any retail locations or showrooms?
All our products are sold exclusively online. Due to current unprecedented circumstances, we are not in the position to have an open showroom, however this may chance and once it does, we will certainly notify our customers.
