Exchanges for damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Be advised that you (the buyer) are responsible and required to pay for shipping the item back to our vendors for inspection for damaged returns or replacements. In some cases, we are able to waive the fee, however this is at the discretion of our supplier.
ALL shipping costs to return the product are paid by the buyer and we are not responsible to cover the return shipping fees.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.
Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance!
Note that we will not be able to provide replacements/refunds without photos of the damage.
All returned items must be in BRAND NEW condition and packaged in their original carton(s) in order to be accepted. if an item is returned which does not meet these guidelines, it may be subject to refusal.

All new products purchased through BarbellFlex.com include a 30-Day Return Guarantee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
As our valued customer, we are happy to help you return the items back to us within our 30-days return Policy Window for the reason(s) stated below:
a. Accidental Order/Ordered by mistake
b. Changed your mind/Better Price Available
c. No longer wanted/needed, Does Not Fit
For the aforementioned, note that a 20% restocking fee will apply.
