Expected Shipping Delays
We are currently experiencing longer than usual shipping timeframes due to circumstances that are out of our control.

All shipping freight and regular carriers are reporting nationwide shortage of trucks and manpower to drive the trucks to deliver the goods within the continental United States and Canada. As a result, we are unable to guarantee shipping dates.
Be aware that that the shipping timeframes outlined below are only estimates based on our standard ordering process, however, your order may be affected by these shipping delays.
- Our handling time for our orders is between three to five business days from which the order is picked, labeled, and the shipping company is notified for a pick up.
- After the handling time, it may take between 7-10 business days for the shipping company to pick up your order.
- Once your order has been picked up by the freight shipping carrier, it can take between 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered.
- Further shipping delays caused by local disruptions may be also possible.
If the product is out of stock, it may possibly be for long periods of time due to unpredictable delays in the supply chain outside of our control.
As you know, the demand for fitness products has far outpaced supply, also due to port delays caused by limited supply chain. This unfortunate combination makes it difficult to predict when your order will be delivered.
- We are unable to provide an accurate back-in-stock date due to frequent delays mentioned above
- Limited quantities are available roughly every 4-6 weeks. They will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, as orders come in
- Due to high demand levels, items may sell out, so we encourage you to check our website for stock changes, to ensure you are able to order the product
- We are unable to accept phone reservations or prepayments for any out-of-stock products, as we do not have a waiting list
