Shipping & Delivery Policy
Barbell Flex offers Free Shipping on most of our items shipped within the continental USA, unless otherwise specified on the specific product page.
|Items shipping to AK and HI will usually incur additional freight charges. We will contact you via phone or email for approval prior to processing the order. You may also contact us for a freight quote prior to placing your order.
We're unable to ship to GU, PR and VI, we apologize for any inconvenience.
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of NV.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five (5) business days from the date of your order and ten (10) business days for heavy items. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within (10) ten business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
Order Delivery Dates:
All equipment lead times and delivery dates given by Barbell Flex LLC or their delivery services are estimations ONLY and are ultimately dictated by our manufacturers and delivery companies. These estimated lead times can and will vary from time to time, especially for refurbished and custom commercial equipment. We work closely with our all our manufacturers and delivery services to make sure you receive your order in the most timely manner possible.
*Custom made commercial equipment and popular equipment lead times can vary greatly but are usually in the 4-8 week range.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped, NO EXCEPTIONS. If the order has shipped, the customer will also be responsible for ALL shipping costs, including the costs for the return. Some returned shipments may also require us to charge a restocking fee, decided upon our suppliers. Barbell Flex LLC is not held responsible if an order is not cancelled by the customer in time.
This cancellation policy allows us to secure your order with our suppliers and provide a delivery in a timely manner.
Shipping carriers and procedures:
Orders shipped with regular UPS and FedEx Ground do not require signature upon delivery. Most of our orders are heavy and NOT shipped via UPS /FedEx Ground but via one of our various freight carriers on a wooden pallet.
This type of delivery is referred to as curbside delivery and it is delivered to a location at the customer's address that is acceptable for a tractor trailer at the driver’s discretion. Customers are required to be home at the time of delivery to sign the delivery receipt and help offload the individual packages from the tail end of the truck. On most freight deliveries, customers will receive a 24-hour notification to confirm the delivery date and time.
Please note that this is NOT white glove delivery, this is standard delivery where the heavy item will be placed outside.
It is typical for white glove delivery services to cost $150 to $300 more than typical services, and there may be additional fees if assembly is required or offered by the particular supplier.

Extraordinary delivery requirements:
In some instances such as: remote areas, select major metropolitan areas, coastal locations only accessed by ferry service, or other areas not regularly serviced by standard freight carriers, an additional shipping fee might be applied.
These areas include but are not limited to are: Manhattan NY, Hamptons NY, Washington DC, Florida Keys FL, and Martha’s Vineyard MA.
We regret that we cannot ship to APO or PO Box addresses via UPS or FedEx Ground. We CAN ship small orders (gloves, straps, grippers, etc.) that meet USPS Mail specifications to APO addresses for the military. Items that include shipping are within the continental US only.
Shipping is NOT included for: Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere outside the continental US and will require an additional fee to the customer.
Most fitness equipment is shipped in boxes that utilize plastic strapping to secure the contents inside. DO NOT use this plastic strapping to carry these heavy items as the strapping can break and cause severe injury. We advise that two or more people use a dolly or similar tool in order to move these heavy boxes.
