Safety and stability is designed into the chrome bar with the star lock collars. The locking collars will hold your weights steady, so you can perform your reps without the plates slipping or falling off.
DIAMOND KNURLING
Knurling ensures a comfortable grip as you perform tricep curls or over-hand triceps extensions. The knurling promotes a stronger grip allowing you to apply more weights with better control compared to dumbbells.
