The Stroops Portable Collapsible Premium SXR Rower Machine is a premium piece of cardio equipment that features a portable design. Exchanges for damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@barbellflex.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Be advised that most of our suppliers request you (the buyer) to pay for shipping the item back to them for inspection for damaged returns or replacements. In some cases, we are able to waive the fee, however this is at the discretion of our supplier and on a one-time courtesy basis. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location. Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service with signature or shipping insurance! Note that we will not be able to provide replacements/refunds without photos of the damage. |
