MostFit Compact and Portable SYN Rings Olympic Bar Attachments add a new type of intensity and instability element to weight training and functional training workouts. SYN Rings allow the user to suspend weight plates from an Olympic weightlifting bar creating instability and forcing the user to engage more core and stability muscles to increase overall strength. SYN Rings allow the weight plates to move in all directions, including forward, back, side-to-side, up-and-down and in circular motions. Portable and easy to store, SYN Rings can go with you anywhere, fit in a drawer, or a small spot on the functional training zone floor.Note: Consult a physician before performing this or any other exercise program. Exchanges for damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@barbellflex.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Be advised that most of our suppliers request you (the buyer) to pay for shipping the item back to them for inspection for damaged returns or replacements. In some cases, we are able to waive the fee, however this is at the discretion of our supplier and on a one-time courtesy basis. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location. Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service with signature or shipping insurance!
