The Merrithew Lightweight Stability Ball Base turns your exercise ball into a chair or a secure workout platform, giving you a safer, more stable position when working out or reading emails. Thread your Flex-Band™ or exercise tubing under the slits in the rim for seated resistance training.Cleaning and care
