Merrithew Small Half-Sized Balance Pad - Pair of 2 can be used in therapy or fitness programs for balance training and mobility. By creating a destabilizing base that recruits your deep stabilizing muscles and joints, the Balance Pads improve balance, stability and coordination.The yielding foam creates proprioceptive challenge for the body while providing a soft, cushioned surface for hands, feet, knees or tailbone.

Balance Pads differ from balance boards as they engage more stabilizing muscles in the feet whereas the solid balance boards primarily target the muscles in the ankle. This makes Balance Pads a great tool for those new to Balance Training.
