The Synergee Specialty Vertical Parallel Grips Tricep Bar is an ergonomic dream for anyone looking to target and strengthen their upper body! While this bars main use is targeting your triceps, it can also hit your biceps, anterior deltoids, chest, and more!
The Tricep Bar is different from any other bar we sell because of its vertical grips. The rectangular frame has two parallel grips running crosswise to provide the perfect positioning for Tricep Extensions, Bench Presses or many other exercises. Grips are embossed with medium-depth knurling to help with grip. The rotating sleeves allows the weights to rotate as you move through your exercises, adding to the ease of use. And the entire piece of gear is welded with precision and the utmost attention to detail, giving it a long lifespan that will help you get ALL THE GAINS!
The bar weighs 25lb, has 2-inch diameter sleeves and 6.5-inch long sleeves, and has a 200-lb capacity. It’s a no brainer – if you want a stronger, leaner upper body, then you need this bar! Just choose between Chrome, Black Phosphate, or Cerakote and then get lifting!

If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@barbellflex.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Be advised that most of our suppliers request you (the buyer) to pay for shipping the item back to them for inspection for damaged returns or replacements. In some cases, we are able to waive the fee, however this is at the discretion of our supplier and on a one-time courtesy basis. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location. Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service with signature or shipping insurance! *COVID Barbell Warranty Conditions
Due to the COVID Pandemic, Synergee barbells are set to be put under extreme cleaning procedures. Due to the unprecedented use of liquid cleaners on our bars’ surfaces, rusting may occur. At this time, we are not offering warranty coverage for rusting on any of our barbells.
We highly encourage you to follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures as recommended by your local public health authorities. We also strongly encourage you to:
• use proper cleaners (i.e. refrain from using vinegar); • allow the disinfectant/sanitation spray to stay on for the necessary amount of contact time (see instructions on your specific cleaning product); • and – most importantly – wipe all moisture and liquid cleaning product from your barbell after following the specified contact period
If your barbell arrives defective or rusted, we will be more than happy to address your concerns. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a replacement. Any inquires after 5 days will NOT be eligible for a replacement.

For Specific Period Warranties Synergee will warranty this product from defects in appearance and performance on account of inapt material, delivery, and workmanship prior to the purchaser receiving the product. This warranty will be recognized for a period of time (as stated above) from the purchase date of the product. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product as long as they own it. This warranty cannot be transferred or claimed by anyone other than the original purchaser.
For All Warranties Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, abuse, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues the original purchaser has with a Synergee product will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
