If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@barbellflex.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Be advised that most of our suppliers request you (the buyer) to pay for shipping the item back to them for inspection for damaged returns or replacements. In some cases, we are able to waive the fee, however this is at the discretion of our supplier and on a one-time courtesy basis. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location. We strive to make every Synergee athlete satisfied with their purchase and offer a 30 Day No Sweat Guarantee. This warranty will be recognized for a period of time (as stated above) from the purchase date of the product. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product as long as they own it. This warranty cannot be transferred or claimed by anyone other than the original purchaser. Warranty does not apply to barbells that need maintenance: we offer a bar cleaning kit for purchase through our website and regular cleaning is required for barbells to maintain optimal performance. Any damage incurred because of maintenance or lack thereof is not covered by our warranty.

Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, abuse, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues the original purchaser has with a Synergee product will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
