All our Synergee Black Powder Coating Steel J-Cups are made from high quality steel and covered with a sleek black powder coating. 2x2 J-Cups are 6.3" tall, have a 0.98" mounting peg, and offer a 2.6" shelf to hold the barbell. 2x3 J-Cups stand 6.5” tall, have a 5/8" mounting peg, and offer a 3.2” shelf to hold the barbell. Lastly, the 3x3 J-Cups stand 7.1” tall, have a 5/8" mounting peg, and offer a 3.2” shelf to hold the barbell.When set at equal heights, the 2x2 J-Cups can hold a combined weight of 750 lbs; 2x3 can hold 750 lbs; and 3x3 can hold 1000 lbs.
