We strive to make every Synergee athlete satisfied with their purchase and offer a 30 Day No Sweat Guarantee. In the first 30 days of receiving your product, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will perform a return or refund (on a case-by-case basis). The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product as long as they own it. This warranty cannot be transferred or claimed by anyone other than the original purchaser. Warranty does not apply to barbells that need maintenance: we offer a bar cleaning kit for purchase through our website and regular cleaning is required for barbells to maintain optimal performance. Any damage incurred because of maintenance or lack thereof is not covered by our warranty.

Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, abuse, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues the original purchaser has with a Synergee product will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
