Strengthen your arms with the OB-48 Olympic Super Curl Bar designed to put your hands in multiple positions that targets muscles in the forearms and biceps. The bar has more prominent curls in the handle to allow for more forearm rotation which works the smaller muscle groups in the arms. The bar has a maximum load capacity of 200 lbs and includes locking ring collars for safety and security. This is a proven favorite for bodybuilders everywhere, because it gets results.
