Develop greater agility and mobility with Pure Vitality, a beginner to intermediate level workout that teaches a program of fluid movements combined with stretching and poses that help center the mind and the body. Using the Exercise Mat, you will align your spine and heighten your body awareness.
Master Instructor Trainer PJ O’Clair guides you through a series of stretching, strengthening and elongating positions, with a focus on controlled movements and rhythmic breathing. From the mountain pose to the reclining butterfly pose, you’ll improve circulation from head to toe, leaving you with a feeling of pure vitality.

Exchanges for damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@barbellflex.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Be advised that most of our suppliers request you (the buyer) to pay for shipping the item back to them for inspection for damaged returns or replacements. In some cases, we are able to waive the fee, however this is at the discretion of our supplier and on a one-time courtesy basis. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location. Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service with signature or shipping insurance!
