Merrithew Large Single Soft Foam Balance Pad is soft, but firm foam of this pad challenges the body to maintain balance, stabilize the joints and engage muscles to enhance mobility and build strength and stamina. Use it in a variety of sitting, standing or kneeling positions to add depth and challenge to exercises.Cleaning and care
