TAG Fitness Heavy Duty Frame Rack Adjustable 8-Position Smith Machine offers quality construction that features a heavy-duty 11-gauge steel mainframe. The frame is protected with a high-quality powder coat finish in your choice of black or silver. This unit uses a counterbalanced bar to offset the added weight of the linear bearing drive system. The counterbalanced bar provides a starting weight of only 14 lbs, making this smith workout machine ideal for many users, from novice to advanced.TAG Fitness Heavy Duty Frame Rack Adjustable 8-Position Smith Machine has 8 bar racking height positions to accommodate different user sizes and provide added exercise variation. It is ideal for various exercises, from upper to lower body, especially when combined with an adjustable weight bench.

The weight storage horns also allow for easy access to weight plates during exercise. Two adjustable safety stops give users added peace of mind when working out alone. The band pegs located at the bottom of the frame enable the use of resistance bands for advanced progressive resistance training.

Exchanges for damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@barbellflex.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Be advised that most of our suppliers request you (the buyer) to pay for shipping the item back to them for inspection for damaged returns or replacements. In some cases, we are able to waive the fee, however this is at the discretion of our supplier and on a one-time courtesy basis. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location. Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service with signature or shipping insurance!
