Built to handle heavy weight safely and securely, the CAP Barbell Strength Adjustable Fid Bench can handle the most grueling workouts. This exercise bench is both functional and compact, so you can get the benefits of a wide range of movements for nearly all your muscle groups, even if you only have a small space to use.The padded leg rests make this bench ideal for doing dumbbell and abdominal exercises. Easily adjust the backrest for flat, incline or decline positions for options targeting the chest or intermediate and advanced crunch exercises. This functional, compact and durable tool offers all the flexibility you need to get the benefits of resistance training in a streamlined setting.
Its construction includes a steel frame, high-density upholstery and a powder-coated finish to ensure ample durability. The feet on the base contribute to stability.

Exchanges for damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@barbellflex.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Be advised that most of our suppliers request you (the buyer) to pay for shipping the item back to them for inspection for damaged returns or replacements. In some cases, we are able to waive the fee, however this is at the discretion of our supplier and on a one-time courtesy basis. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location. Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service with signature or shipping insurance! Note that we will not be able to provide replacements/refunds without photos of the damage. |
